Guia de fotos QC da LoloBuy: o que verificar antes de salvar ou enviar

Uma checklist prática de fotos QC para comparar produto, variante escolhida e evidências úteis para a decisão de envio.

Start with identity, not appearance

QC photos are most useful when they answer a specific comparison question. Begin with the original product link and the exact colour, size, quantity and variant you selected. Then compare the visible item, labels and included pieces with that record. A visually attractive photo is not enough if it cannot be tied to the selected option.

Write down the review date and anything that is still unknown. A spreadsheet can preserve that context, but it cannot confirm current stock, quality or a seller’s future behaviour. The live listing and account record remain the source for a live purchase decision.

Use checks that fit the category

For shoes, request a side profile, heel, outsole, size label and the one material detail that matters to you. For clothing, focus on chest, length, seams, fabric, print placement and centimetre measurements. For bags, dimensions, interior, straps and hardware are usually more useful than a distant overall image.

The goal is not to collect every possible photo. It is to collect enough evidence to answer the next decision: continue, request one missing detail, return or pause. A clear category checklist also makes it easier to compare two listings without treating either one as verified.

Ask one observable question at a time

A vague request to check quality is hard to answer and difficult to record. Ask for a visible measurement, a close-up of a label, a view of the outsole, the inside of a bag or the quantity in the package. Questions that can be answered by one image or measurement create a better record than a broad verdict.

If the requested information is not shown, record that as missing evidence rather than converting uncertainty into a positive or negative claim. The next step may be to ask the platform, recheck the listing or choose another product; the spreadsheet should make that next action obvious.

Compare measurements with an item you own

A size label alone does not tell you how an item will fit. Compare listed or measured centimetres with an item that already fits you, and note how the measurement was taken. Clothing measurements, insole length and bag dimensions are more useful when the comparison point is stated.

Photos cannot prove hidden construction, long-term wear, material composition or authenticity. Use them as evidence of what is visible at that time, then keep your conclusion limited to that evidence.

Keep the record through parcel planning

Save the product link, selected option, relevant QC images, measurements and any warehouse weight or dimensions shown in the live account. When several items are combined, this makes it easier to check whether each one still belongs in the parcel.

Before shipping, compare routes using the current destination, goods type, measured parcel data and displayed terms. Do not use an old QC photo or early estimate as a promise of price, eligibility or delivery timing.

Use a simple decision rule

Keep a row when the source matches, the selected option is clear, the category-specific evidence answers your key questions and the parcel still makes sense. Pause a row when one of those parts is missing. A pause is a useful outcome, not a failed search.
